Big O Tires

Made an appointment for 11am and showed up early for a tire rotation and brake check. They say brakes are good but could do pressure bleed. I tell them go ahead , them knowing I’m waiting. Look around my car is out shop and no cars in shop and I asked if they was done and was informed that it wouldn’t be ready till 430!

This was my first time going to Big O and I must say and I so glad I chose them. I had a tire losing air and they found a nail in it. They are very fast and efficient. I will definitely go back. I also thought the price to fix the tire was very good.

I purchased a set of 4 Goodyear tires for my 2015 F-150 from Mr. Paul Hogan. He was very knowledgeable and courteous.

The word trust always comes to mind when you think of a car repair shop. And I trust this group of people so much! I will always bring my car to this repair shop for as long as it exists. Everyone is so friendly and inviting!

This location is terrible. Between telling me that my AC compressor was leaking and needed to be replaced and finding out it was just my dryer and condenser leaking was a total waste of money spent. I thought I could put that to the side and still get routine maintenance. But I was wrong I went to get my oil changed and they had left oil on the side of my truck theirs plenty of better shops in the area to go to trust me
